Color: Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, bright.
 

Aroma: Numerous, fine perlage with good persistence.


Taste: Delicate hints of yellow flowers and fruity notes of almond and pineapple.

PAIRINGS

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with seafood dishes, fried fish, cold pasta dishes, and rice salads.
