No cost will be applied before the final confirmation step of the purchase. Only at the end of
the purchase, after you have confirmed that you want to buy what you have placed in the
cart, can you proceed with the payment, choosing among the various options we have
indicated above.
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
Remember that we apply the "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" rule, so if you
receive goods that do not conform to the order you placed, or are defective, or damaged,
immediately notify the courier, who will initiate a "return" procedure and will take it back. If
this is not possible because you noticed the problem late, notify us as soon as you can by

whether to have the damaged items replaced or refunded for their value. If you decide to
return what you have purchased, remember that you have 14 days from the date you
received the order.
In this case, please do not modify or damage the original packaging we sent you. We will
initiate a procedure to retrieve what you want to return, and when we receive it, we will
refund you the exact value you paid for it.
