HARVESTING METHOD
The harvest takes place at the end of September. The grapes are picked at full ripeness.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color: Straw yellow.
Aroma: Modern, with excellent floral aromas and notes of pineapple, peach, passion fruit, and citrus.
Taste: Dry, balanced, and persistent, recalling the typical characteristics of the grape variety.
PAIRINGS
Ideal with fish dishes and white meats. Also excellent with both fresh and aged cheeses.
Serve at 9°-11°.
